The town of Port Vogey is in distress. For several weeks, no ships have come into port, and no one knows why. Now the new moon has passed and the lighthouse keepers, the monks of a local Sea Goddess, have missed their monthly trip into Vogey for supplies. The town council is not sure whether this is due to mishap or foul play, but you have heard they are looking for some eager adventurers to investigate.
An Adventure for 4-6 Characters of Levels 1-3
What is Ballista? Ballista is a line of gaming material compatible with many old-school fantasy roleplaying games. Any title from this line can easily be used with the rules of Swords & Wizardry published by Frog God Games, Castles & Crusades published by Troll Lord Games, or on its own using the condensed rule set included with every adventure scenario. In this way, it is possible to play through a Ballista adventure module of your choosing, without the need of any other rulebooks -- just some dice, characters, and friends. The goal of the Ballista gaming line is to allow you to play the game, YOUR way and in whichever manner YOU prefer.
